Hi Beloved, I'm Karlene. I am a motivational speaker, talk therapist and life coach and welcome to your healing journey.
Im a healed healer who began my healing journey in self love and self acceptance over 20 years ago and I look forward to helping to support you on yours.
I began by learning about essential oils ,crystals , meditation and yoga and reiki to nourish and heal the body, mind and spirit.This learning has now evolved into life coaching and offering healing spaces where deeper levels of inner healing takes place.
I look forward to connecting and sharing with you.
